AI training that produces decisions, not just demos
Three 24-hour programs, one for each level of the adoption pyramid. Every program is built around your own context: participants leave with deliverables they can use the next day, not a certificate and a slide deck.
Choose the level you need
The three programs share the same frameworks — the adoption pyramid and the AI Fluency 4Ds — so they reinforce each other when an organization runs more than one.
AI Governance and Responsible Adoption: The 4Ds Framework
Adopting AI is not a technology project — it is a governance decision. Participants define an AI Mandate, prioritize use cases, co-create their own governance framework and responsible-use policy, and build an adoption roadmap.
Generative AI Innovation: From Idea to Working Prototype
Most organizations have a list of AI ideas; few turn one into something an executive can watch working. Participants prioritize real use cases and build a functional PoC in natural language, with a business case behind it.
Practical AI Adoption for Technical Teams
Skip the exploration phase. Technical teams build a working system of technical prompts, an agent-assisted development workflow, the BMAD framework for structuring AI projects, and a practical introduction to MCP.
How training fits the adoption pyramid
| Level | Consulting phase | Matching program |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sponsor | Executive AI Mandate | AI Governance — 4Ds Framework |
| Senior Management | Use-case portfolio and enablement | Generative AI Innovation |
| Innovators | PoCs and scaling blueprint | Practical AI Adoption |
Training can be delivered on its own or as the enablement layer of the AI Adoption & Governance Sprint, where the same frameworks are applied directly to your organization's strategy, data and processes.
