What you get when we assess your AI readiness
Before committing budget to AI, most leadership teams need one thing: an honest read on where the organization actually stands. This page shows how we report that, so you know what lands on your desk before you engage us.
The questions the report answers
The assessment looks at six dimensions — strategy, people, data, technology, governance and delivery capability. The report turns what we find into decisions your team can act on.
The point is not a maturity score. The point is knowing which two or three things to fix first, and what it costs to leave them alone.
Where are we today?
A current-state read across the six dimensions, with the gaps that matter named plainly rather than scored on an abstract scale.
What should we do first?
A sequenced set of initiatives, so the organization is not choosing between twenty ideas of unclear value.
What does it cost and what could go wrong?
An investment view and the risks we would expect, including the ones that come from doing nothing.
How the report is structured
Every assessment we deliver follows the same seven sections, so the document is predictable for the people who have to approve what comes next.
- Executive summary — what we found and what we recommend, on one page for the sponsor.
- Company profile and current-state analysis — the organization in its own terms, not a template.
- Detailed framework implementation plan — how the adoption framework applies to your context.
- Implementation roadmap — sequenced initiatives with owners and horizons.
- Investment analysis — what the recommended path costs.
- Risk assessment and mitigation — what could go wrong and the controls for it.
- Next steps and recommendations — the decisions to take in the first weeks.
The full report runs on your data, your stakeholders and your constraints, which is why we do not publish a finished one here. We are glad to walk you through a complete example on request.

Tell us roughly where your organization is and we will send a full sample report and explain how the same structure would apply to you.
